18 connected features
Not a suite of separate products — one workspace with the parts you switch on.
Written plainly
Every page states what the workflow does, what it needs and what it will not do.
Private beta, guided setup
We help you connect the channels and providers each workflow requires.
Why it is called NoClutterCRM
A feature only helps
if you can find it.
Most CRMs lose deals by accumulation: another tab, another export, another field nobody fills in. Three rules keep this one out of the way.
One workspace, not twelve tabs
WhatsApp, email, website chat and calls attach to the same contact, so the sales history reads as one story instead of four exports.
The next action is always visible
Follow-ups carry an owner and a due date and surface in the team’s work queue — not in someone’s memory, a sticky note or a private notebook.
Less to remember, less to retype
Conversations, campaign replies and call outcomes land on the record they belong to, so the CRM is filled in by the work rather than after it.

Channels
Wherever they message from
A channel is a way in, not a separate product. Each one attaches to the same contact, so the sales history stays in one place.
Enquiries answered on the official WhatsApp Business API, then given an owner.
Threads kept beside the customer and the deal they belong to.
Calls
History before you dial, outcome and callback after you hang up.
Website chat
Visitors ask while they browse; your team gets a conversation to continue.
One more way to work
Bring your AI assistant along.
Approved private-beta workspaces can connect an external AI assistant to their CRM and work through it — the same records, the same permissions, a different front door.
Do I have to use every feature?
No. Each workspace runs the features it has enabled, and the sidebar only shows what is switched on. Start with the channel your enquiries already arrive on and add the rest when the team is ready.
How do the features fit together?
They share one contact record. A website chat, a WhatsApp thread, an email reply, a call outcome and a deal all attach to the same person, so whoever picks the conversation up next can see what happened before.
Is there a separate tool for each channel?
No — that is the clutter this is built to remove. Channels are ways into the same workspace, not different products with their own contact lists to reconcile.
What does setup involve?
Connecting a channel, pointing the AI at your own material and importing your contacts. Each feature page lists the provider connections and permissions its workflow requires before you start.
