Feedback against your process Review
Measured on the steps your team agreed, not a template.
Sales call review · attached to the contact it belongs to
Why this exists
Coaching usually means a manager listening to a call they half remember. Upload the recording instead, and get a summary and feedback against the process you actually agreed on.
The clutter
Feedback on a call nobody listened to twice.
A manager who half-heard a call gives advice about the half they remember. The rep remembers it differently, and both are arguing about the same forty minutes from memory. Meanwhile the calls that would teach the most are the ones nobody has time to sit through.
Today
- Advice about the half of the call someone remembers.
- The instructive calls nobody has time to replay.
- Generic scorecards that ignore how you sell.

Walk through an example
IllustrationStart the one-to-one from what was said.
A rep uploads a call that did not go anywhere. It comes back transcribed and summarised, with feedback against the process the team agreed. The conversation that follows is about a discovery question that never got asked — not about who remembers the call better.
What it does
Measured against your playbook, because a generic score teaches nothing.
Upload a recorded call and get a transcript, a summary and structured feedback measured against the sales process your team actually wrote down.
Upload the call you want to look at
Add a recording to the workspace for review. It is transcribed, then summarised, so the discussion starts from what was said rather than from memory.
Measured against your process, not a generic template
Feedback is scored against the sales process your workspace has written down, so it reflects how your team is supposed to sell.
Use it for coaching, not scoring people
The output is a summary and structured feedback on one conversation. Treat it as material for a coaching conversation, not as a performance metric.
Where we draw the line
Feedback is only actionable when it refers to the way your team is supposed to sell. NoClutterCRM scores an uploaded call against the sales process written down in your workspace, and returns a summary and structured notes for one conversation — material for coaching, not a performance metric to rank people with.

Questions worth asking first.
Availability
Available to approved private-beta workspaces. AI review consumes your workspace’s AI allowance.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
Does it role-play a customer for practice?
No. It reviews a real call you upload. It does not simulate a buyer or run practice conversations.
Can I upload any recording?
Only recordings you are entitled to hold and process. Recording consent rules vary by country and by US state, and meeting them is your responsibility before a call is recorded at all.
How do we get started?
Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether Sales call review fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.
Does this work with the rest of the CRM?
Yes — that is the point of it. Sales call review shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.
Who on the team can use it?
Anyone whose role allows it, once Sales call review is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
