Why this exists
Manage several brands without losing track of which business a customer interaction belongs to. Make brand context and team access part of the daily workflow.
The clutter
The same organization can represent very different businesses.
A shared team may work across brands with different identities, connections and responsibilities. Without a clear working context, routine decisions become harder: which brand is active, who should have access and whose setup is being changed?
Today
- Two businesses sharing one crowded workspace.
- Nobody certain which brand they are acting as.
- Access granted broadly and reviewed rarely.
With NoClutterCRM
- Set up each brand
- Assign the right people
- Keep brand setup deliberate
In practice
Team access and working context reflect the business being served.
Three moves, in the order your team already works in.
-
1
Create the brand profiles you need.
-
2
Assign team memberships and appropriate roles.
-
3
Select the intended brand before managing its sales work.
Walk through an example
IllustrationGive a teammate access to the brand they actually support.
Create the brand profile, assign the appropriate membership and role, and select that brand before working with its setup. Review responsibilities and active work before changing membership or archiving the brand.
What it does
Make the brand a working boundary, not just a label.
Keep brand profiles, team memberships and roles explicit inside one organization. Select the intended brand before managing its customer work, channels or content.
Set up each brand
Create a brand profile and configure its identity. Choose the active brand before working with its channels and customer activity.
Assign the right people
Manage brand memberships and roles so people have the access appropriate to their work. An organization-level role and brand membership serve different purposes.
Keep brand setup deliberate
Manage brand-specific connections and content within the selected context. Review ownership and active work before archiving a brand.
Where we draw the line
Create each brand profile and assign memberships and roles for the people responsible for it. NoClutterCRM uses brand context alongside workspace permissions so working across several businesses does not imply that every teammate should access all of them.
Before you start
Questions worth asking first.
Availability
Available to approved private-beta workspaces. Your enabled features and team permissions determine access.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
Does a team member automatically have access to every brand?
No. Brand memberships, roles and workspace permissions govern access. Configure them for the responsibilities of each person.
How do we get started?
Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether Multi-brand CRM fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.
Does this work with the rest of the CRM?
Yes — that is the point of it. Multi-brand CRM shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.
Who on the team can use it?
Anyone whose role allows it, once Multi-brand CRM is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
Map your brands and the people who work on each.
Request access to discuss your brand structure and how responsibilities are split across the team.
