Coaching & education
Interest is cheap. Enrolment takes seven follow-ups.
Course enquiries rarely convert on the first message. They ask about fees, then about dates, then go quiet for a fortnight — and enrol only if someone stayed in touch.

What goes wrong
The gap between "sounds interesting" and a paid seat.
An enquiry asks about fees and the next intake, gets an answer, and disappears. Nothing is wrong — they are deciding, comparing, waiting for payday. But the follow-up lives in someone’s head, the next intake fills up, and the enquiry from three weeks ago is never contacted again. Meanwhile the enquiries that do convert are indistinguishable, at the point of asking, from the ones that never will.
- Fee and start-date questions answered individually, over and over.
- Warm enquiries from last month that nobody ever went back to.
- No way to tell which ad or post produced the students who actually paid.
How it runs
Set it up once, then it just works.
-
1
Load your course list, fees, formats and intake dates.
-
2
Every enquiry gets the right fee and dates immediately, whatever the hour.
-
3
The ones still deciding get a dated follow-up that cancels itself if they reply.
The parts you will actually use
Not the whole toolbox.
These bits.
Every workspace has the same features. These are the ones that carry the weight for coaching & education — and why.
Sales follow-up tasks
Enrolment is won in the follow-up, so each one needs an owner and a due date.

Read moreWhat it will not do
It is not a learning platform or a student information system. It does not deliver lessons, host content, take payments or manage a cohort once it has started. It works on the part before that: answering the enquiry, qualifying the intent and keeping the follow-up alive until someone enrols.
FAQ
What teams ask first
Does it deliver the course too?
No. It handles enquiries, qualification and follow-up up to enrolment. Course delivery, content hosting and payment stay in whatever platform you already use.
Can it chase enquiries automatically?
It can create the follow-up task with an owner and a due date, and a reviewed automation can send a supported message after a specific event. Bulk messaging still depends on consent and suppression rules.
Can I message everyone who ever enquired?
Only those who gave you marketing permission. Having a contact record is not consent, and campaign eligibility and suppression are checked before anything sends.
