Why this exists
Sales email does not belong in a personal inbox that only one person can open. Mailbox gives the team a proper email client where the customer record is already beside the thread.
The clutter
The mailbox one person can open is the mailbox nobody can cover.
Sales email sits in an inbox with a single owner. When that person is away, a colleague either guesses at the history or asks the customer to repeat it. Forwarding the thread moves the words but leaves the context, and nobody can tell whether the last message was answered.
Today
- One inbox, one password, one person who can cover it.
- Forwarded threads that arrive without their history.
- Receipts and alerts turning into contact records.
With NoClutterCRM
- Work the whole mailbox, not a projection
- Compose like an email client
- Share a mailbox without sharing a password
In practice
The mailbox belongs to the business rather than to whoever set it up.
For teams sharing a sales, support or enquiries address, in the order the work already happens.
-
1
Connect a managed or provider mailbox and test it.
-
2
Add the teammates who should have access to it.
-
3
Work the threads, and link one to a contact when it matters.
Walk through an example
IllustrationCover a colleague’s mailbox without forwarding anything.
A customer chases a quote while the person who sent it is on leave. A teammate with access opens the shared mailbox, finds the thread, reads what was quoted and replies from the same address — and the customer never learns that anyone was away.
What it does
A mailbox that is the source, and a timeline that is the sales view of it.
Give the team a real email client inside the CRM: threads, drafts, attachments and shared access, with the customer record already beside the message.
Work the whole mailbox, not a projection
Read, reply, forward and archive from a threaded workspace with folders, search and unread counts. Messages from automated senders stay in the mailbox instead of inventing a contact for every notification.
Compose like an email client
Write with CC, BCC and attachments, save a draft and come back to it, and send from the mailbox and identity you selected. Saved replies cover the answers your team repeats.
Share a mailbox without sharing a password
Mailbox membership decides who can open which mailbox, and read state is per person, so one teammate opening a thread does not mark it read for everybody else.
Where we draw the line
NoClutterCRM keeps the mailbox whole. Every message the address receives stays in it, while the messages belonging to a person are projected onto that contact’s timeline. You get an inbox that behaves like an inbox and a CRM that is not polluted by every receipt and alert the address happens to receive.

Availability
Available to approved private-beta workspaces with a connected mailbox. Your enabled features and mailbox memberships determine access.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
Does every email become a contact?
No. Inbound mail is classified first, and messages from automated senders — receipts, alerts, no-reply addresses — stay in the mailbox rather than creating CRM records nobody wants.
How is this different from the email on a contact?
The mailbox holds every message the address receives. A contact shows the subset of that mail which belongs to that person, projected onto their timeline. The mailbox is the source; the timeline is the sales view of it.
How do we get started?
Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether Mailbox fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.
Does this work with the rest of the CRM?
Yes — that is the point of it. Mailbox shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.
Who on the team can use it?
Anyone whose role allows it, once Mailbox is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
Give the mailbox to the team instead of to one laptop.
