Connects with

  • Google — Sign-in, Calendar booking, send-only Gmail and read-only Contacts.
  • Microsoft — Sign-in, Outlook calendar and mailbox sync, and Contacts.

Why this exists

A prospect may email today and message on WhatsApp tomorrow. Give your team a contact record they can return to before the next conversation.

The clutter

“Who last spoke to them?” should not hold up the next reply.

An enquiry is easy to hand over. The details are harder: what the customer needs, what was discussed and which opportunity is still open. When that knowledge belongs to one person’s inbox or spreadsheet, everyone else has to reconstruct it.

Today

  • Customer history trapped in one person’s inbox.
  • Every handover starts with a round of questions.
  • Nobody is sure which opportunity is still open.

With NoClutterCRM

  • Keep the relationship in view
  • Organize the information you need
  • Make ownership clear

In practice

The handover starts from recorded customer facts, rather than someone’s memory.

Three moves, in the order your team already works in.

  1. 1

    Create or import your contacts.

  2. 2

Review their details and organize relevant lists.

  3. 3

Open the contact before replying or creating a deal.

Walk through an example

Illustration

Cover a teammate’s customer without guessing.

A representative is away when an existing prospect asks for an update. Open the contact, review the associated conversation and deal, and check the information your team recorded. Respond from that history instead of asking the prospect to explain their request again.

What it does

A contact record that leads to the work behind it.

Put contact details, previous conversations and open deals where the next teammate can find them. NoClutterCRM gives your team a shared starting point for every customer relationship.

Keep the relationship in view

Store contact details and open the associated conversations and deals from the sales workspace. Representatives can recover context before they respond.

Organize the information you need

Use contact fields and lists to capture useful sales context and organize groups for later work. Choose fields that help your team qualify and serve the contact.

Make ownership clear

Keep responsibility attached to the customer relationship so the team knows who should take the next action.

Where we draw the line

A list of names helps you find someone. NoClutterCRM connects that record to conversations and deals, while custom fields and lists hold the sales details your team needs. The next representative can inspect the relationship before deciding what to say.

Before you start

Questions worth asking first.

Availability

Available to approved private-beta workspaces. Your enabled features and team permissions determine access.

Still unsure? Ask us directly.

Does adding a contact subscribe them to campaigns?

No. A contact record or import is not marketing permission. Campaign eligibility and suppression rules are separate.

How do we get started?

Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether Contact management fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.

Does this work with the rest of the CRM?

Yes — that is the point of it. Contact management shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.

Who on the team can use it?

Anyone whose role allows it, once Contact management is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
