Why this exists
Keep a WhatsApp enquiry connected to the sales work it starts. Review the customer context, respond through the connected number and continue the relationship in your CRM.
The clutter
A reply does not give the enquiry an owner or a plan.
Someone answers a price question. The prospect asks for a callback. New messages arrive, and the conversation moves out of sight. A chat list shows that people spoke; your sales team also needs to know what to do with the enquiry.
Today
- Enquiries answered, then scrolled out of sight.
- A chat list with no owner and no due date.
- Callbacks agreed in chat and remembered by nobody.
With NoClutterCRM
- Keep enquiries attached to contacts
- Reply from the right number
- Continue beyond the chat
In practice
The enquiry has a next action beyond the last message.
Three moves, in the order your team already works in.
-
1
Set up a supported WhatsApp business connection.
-
2
Receive an enquiry and review its contact context.
-
3
Reply and record the next sales action.
Walk through an example
IllustrationGive a requested callback somewhere to live.
A prospect asks about a service and requests a call tomorrow. Review their WhatsApp conversation, record the callback with an owner and due time, and open the customer context before making the call. Create a deal when there is an opportunity to track.
What it does
Keep the WhatsApp conversation connected to sales work.
Bring WhatsApp enquiries into your sales workspace, where the conversation can lead to an assigned follow-up or a deal. Keep the customer’s message close to the work it creates.
Keep enquiries attached to contacts
Use WhatsApp conversation history alongside the customer record so follow-up can continue with the context already collected.
Reply from the right number
Work through the configured business connection and select the appropriate conversation. Provider permissions and messaging rules remain part of delivery.
Continue beyond the chat
Create sales work around the enquiry, from a follow-up task to a deal, rather than leaving the opportunity only in a message thread.
Where we draw the line
Use the supported business connection to handle messages, review the contact and continue into follow-up tasks or deals. The team can return to the conversation when doing that work. Messaging consent, templates and provider windows still govern what can be sent.
Before you start
Questions worth asking first.
Availability
Requires an approved beta workspace and a ready supported WhatsApp connection. Provider eligibility and charges apply.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
Can I message anyone at any time?
No. Consent, suppression, template requirements and provider messaging windows apply. A saved contact does not bypass those requirements.
How do we get started?
Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether WhatsApp CRM fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.
Does this work with the rest of the CRM?
Yes — that is the point of it. WhatsApp CRM shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.
Who on the team can use it?
Anyone whose role allows it, once WhatsApp CRM is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
Bring the next WhatsApp enquiry into your sales process.
Tell us which business number and provider you use when requesting access so we can discuss connection requirements.
