Why this exists
The price a customer is quoted should not depend on which colleague answered. A catalogue in the workspace gives everyone the same list to sell from.
The clutter
The price depends on who picked up.
The list lives in a spreadsheet, an old PDF and two people’s memories. One rep quotes last quarter’s figure, another discounts to be safe, and a customer who spoke to both notices. Nobody was careless; there was simply no single place that said what the price is.
Today
- A price list in a spreadsheet, a PDF and two memories.
- Last quarter’s figure quoted this quarter.
- Discounts invented on the call to be safe.

Walk through an example
IllustrationChange a price once and have it stick.
Pricing goes up in April. Update the catalogue, and the list your team quotes from — and that your AI assistance answers from — is the updated one, rather than whichever version each person saved.
What it does
A price list is only useful where the conversation is.
Keep what you sell and what it costs in the workspace, so every quote starts from the same list.
One list everybody sells from
Record what you sell with a name, an optional SKU and a price in your workspace currency, so quotes do not drift between team members.
Change the price once
Update the catalogue when pricing changes, instead of hoping everyone noticed a message about it.
Sits beside the rest of the sale
The catalogue lives in the same workspace as the contacts, conversations and deals, so what you sell is next to who you are selling it to.
Where we draw the line
A catalogue in a shared drive is a document someone has to remember to open. In the workspace it sits beside the contacts, conversations and deals it is quoted into, which is the difference between a price list that is current and one that is merely stored.
Before you start
Questions worth asking first.
Availability
Available to approved private-beta workspaces. Your enabled features and team permissions determine access.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
Does this handle invoices or payments?
No. It records what you sell and at what price. Invoicing, payment and accounting stay in the system you already use for them.
How do we get started?
Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether Product catalogue fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.
Does this work with the rest of the CRM?
Yes — that is the point of it. Product catalogue shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.
Who on the team can use it?
Anyone whose role allows it, once Product catalogue is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
