Why this exists
When conversations move between channels, your team still needs one coherent customer history. NoClutterCRM organizes the workspace around the contact.
The clutter
The latest message rarely contains the whole request.
A customer explained their requirements in website chat, sent a document by email and followed up on WhatsApp. If your teammate sees only the latest thread, the customer has to fill in the gaps. That is a frustrating way to restart a conversation that already happened.
Today
- Chat, email and WhatsApp in three separate tabs.
- The newest message hides the actual request.
- Customers repeating what they already explained.
With NoClutterCRM
- Read across channels
- Choose the reply destination
- Work with the full context
In practice
The customer can continue the discussion instead of restarting it.
Three moves, in the order your team already works in.
-
1
Connect the channels your team uses.
-
2
Open a contact from Conversations.
-
3
Review the timeline and select where to reply.
Walk through an example
IllustrationAnswer “any update?” with the history already in front of you.
A prospect follows up on WhatsApp after discussing requirements by email. The teammate handling the message opens the contact timeline, reads the earlier exchange and selects the WhatsApp conversation to reply. The answer can address the original request without another round of questions.
What it does
Follow the person across channels, then choose where to reply.
When a customer changes channels or another teammate takes over, the earlier conversation still matters. Review email, WhatsApp, chat, calls and notes in one contact timeline before you reply.
Read across channels
Review messages, calls, notes and follow-up activity in the contact timeline. Channel labels show where each interaction happened.
Choose the reply destination
Select the relevant conversation, mailbox or phone number before sending. Keep the recipient and sender identity visible when a contact has several addresses.
Work with the full context
Open the contact workspace when a reply needs more history. Your access follows workspace, brand and mailbox permissions.
Where we draw the line
NoClutterCRM presents a contact’s activity together while keeping the underlying channel conversations intact. You can inspect the history, select the exact mailbox or number and reply in the appropriate thread. A combined view does not mean losing control of who receives the message.
Before you start
Questions worth asking first.
Availability
Available to approved private-beta workspaces. Your enabled features and team permissions determine access.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
Does connecting one channel enable every channel?
No. Each channel needs its own supported connection and setup. Mailbox and brand permissions still apply.
How do we get started?
Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether Shared inbox fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.
Does this work with the rest of the CRM?
Yes — that is the point of it. Shared inbox shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.
Who on the team can use it?
Anyone whose role allows it, once Shared inbox is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
Let your next reply show you remember the conversation.
