Plan access does not connect a channel or switch on a feature automatically. Setup, permissions and provider approval still apply. Preview and controlled-access tools require availability confirmation; the chat and reply allowances do not include separate assistant, prospecting or coaching usage.

Clear limits. No surprise upgrades.

Your workspace shares its allowance across brands and teammates. Owners can see overall usage and the breakdown by brand. Sending users see the capacity relevant to their work.

One email sent to three recipients uses three recipient-emails. An AI website chat session counts once per allowance period when AI handles that visitor session. One automated reply means one AI response to an incoming email or WhatsApp message.

At a limit, the affected activity pauses and the app explains what to do next. After the trial expires, new email sending, AI operations and Library uploads pause. Your records and exports remain available. Upgrading requires your explicit agreement.

Renewals, discounts and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Any introductory discount shows its duration and the standard renewal price before payment. Cancel renewal in Workspace → Plan; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Upgrades show any prorated charge before you accept.

Connected services and safeguards

Advertising spend and WhatsApp fees are separate. File-size, sending, abuse-prevention and AI processing safeguards also apply and may pause activity before an allowance is exhausted.
