Connects with
- WhatsApp — Reply to enquiries on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

- Microsoft — Sign-in, Outlook calendar and mailbox sync, and Contacts.
- Chrome — Capture context into the CRM from the browser side panel.
Why this exists
Turn a repeated sales process into an explicit workflow. Choose what starts it, review the actions and check readiness before activation.
The clutter
A repeatable process should not depend on someone spotting every event.
When a form submission comes in, someone has to notice it, find the responsible person and create the work. Repeating that handoff manually makes the process depend on attention rather than an explicit rule.
Today
- A process that depends on someone noticing.
- The same handover retyped every week.
- Work created late, or not created at all.
With NoClutterCRM
- Start from a supported event
- Define the next action
- Review before activation
In practice
The handoff has an explicit rule instead of an informal expectation.
Three moves, in the order your team already works in.
-
1
Choose the trigger and intended customer workflow.
-
2
Configure the actions and inspect a dry run.
-
3
Resolve setup blockers before activating the automation.
Walk through an example
IllustrationCreate the owner’s task after a processed form enquiry.
Use a form submission that resolves to a contact as the trigger. Configure an owner task or team notification, inspect the dry run and resolve blockers. Activate the reviewed workflow so the next matching event can start that defined action.
What it does
Write down the trigger and action in a workflow you can inspect.
Define a supported trigger and the action that should follow it. Use CRM automation to create owner tasks, notify the team or run configured channel actions after reviewing the workflow.
Start from a supported event
Use a processed form submission, a supported inbound WhatsApp or email message, a CRM change, a schedule or an explicit capture from the browser extension as the starting point. The trigger determines which customer context is available.
Define the next action
Create an owner task, notify the team, or configure supported email and WhatsApp actions. Grouped conditions and yes/no branches decide which path runs, and longer follow-up can enrol the contact in a published Sequence with its own stop rules. Sending depends on a ready channel and the applicable eligibility rules.
Review before activation
A dry run replays the workflow against historical workspace records without sending anything, and activation requires a recent dry run of that exact revision. Activation publishes an immutable version, so you keep control of what is live and can pause a workflow when it needs attention.
Where we draw the line
Choose a supported event, configure the action and inspect a dry run before activation. NoClutterCRM checks required setup, including the available customer context and channel readiness. You retain control of activation and can pause the workflow when the process changes.
Before you start
Questions worth asking first.
Availability
Requires automation access in an approved beta workspace. Available actions depend on brand setup and supported channel capabilities.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
Does automation bypass messaging restrictions?
No. Sender readiness, suppression rules and WhatsApp template or service-window requirements still apply.
How do we get started?
Request private-beta access and tell us how your team sells today. We will walk through whether CRM automation fits that workflow, which connections it needs and what to set up first.
Does this work with the rest of the CRM?
Yes — that is the point of it. CRM automation shares the same contacts, conversations and deals as every other part of the workspace, so work recorded here is visible to whoever picks the customer up next.
Who on the team can use it?
Anyone whose role allows it, once CRM automation is enabled for the workspace. Access follows your enabled features and each member’s permissions, and — if you run more than one brand — their brand and mailbox memberships. A feature that is switched off does not appear in the sidebar at all.
Choose one repeated handoff to automate first.
Request access with a trigger and desired action—for example, a processed enquiry creating an owner’s task.
